Since his 2009 debut release, These Times Won't Last, Matt has fearfully explored themes of pain, hope, and freedom in his songs, and become known for his cutting lyrics, and truthful performances. His latest release, The Hard Rains, explores the more difficult sides of truth, and the struggle to find it.
